"The 256 kilobits per second service compares with prices of between 25 pounds and 30 pounds for 512k access through digital subscriber line (DSL) technology and cable modems. Tiscali will charge 27 pounds per month for its 512k access...
Freeserve, Britain's largest ISP owned by France's Wanadoo, announced on Friday that it would offer 512k for 20 pounds monthly for the first six months to people who buy computers from top computer retailer PC World.
The offer, in a partnership with PC World owner Dixons, will end after six months and the price will revert to 30 pounds, Freeserve said in a statement.

Half way up there was a little lean-to shop. None of us had cash, I asked, "do you take any form of plastic?" Meanwhile Bradley was wailing, because he could, no other reason. The lady took pity and offered two lollies, "35 pence each that's 70 pence in total." Next time I come, I'll pay her.
With the 4 cooling towers (see arial view) in the background of Esme saying,"take a picture of us holding our stones like this."
Esme had already found one or two odd stones. While Bradley filled his hat with just stones - everyone... a stone. Plain old stone, but he'd squeak with delight anyway.
Once we arrived we pointed quickly to Liverpool, Chester... and I didn't hear the rest as Bradley and Esme screamed and screamed, because it was funny to be able to do this and more so when nobody's around for miles and miles and miles.
