 You may request in writing details of the personal information that we hold on you and the purpose for which it is held. We will usually provide such details to you by way of a photocopy or computer print out in the form that such details are held on our system. However, provision of such information may be subject to an administration charge (as permitted by the legislation). If you wish to receive details of the information that we hold about you, you should write to the address given at the bottom of these terms and conditions and enclose a cheque for £10 payable to Emporium Antiques. Your request will be met within 40 days. If you have a concern about a specific use that we are making of your information, it may help us to identify the data in question if you set out details of your concerns in writing. 
 Information about our Services. 
 You may request at any time in writing that we stop using information about you for the purposes of informing you about our services. You may also request that we delete any directory entry concerning you or your business.
