It sounds a bit selfish, but at some point will the White House or Homeland Security put out suggestions or regulations for Americans how to deal with the possibility of nuclear fallout, because if there is, God forbid, a war, it's going to hit here, too. Public opinion in India is such that they want to teach Pakistan a lesson, so a limited war would be good, but Pakistan has said that it won't take any shit, and will strike with nukes.
