Still slow

Still seems to be a lag when accessing pages on blogfootball (and other domains posted here). Wasn't expecting that, and can't figure what it is. Hit a page, and nothing happens for about 30-60 seconds, then the page loads as normal. This could be traffic on the server (people saving pages, uploading pix), or it could be network related (perhaps our ISP is having some troubles, or the DNS machine is slow) or, my worry, it's the server software... Cannot be sure.
