French Villa Javascript question

"I'm no closer to a solution to my Javascript problem from earlier last week. I tried saving it as a Gem, but calling for it to work as I wanted has me stumped. Therefore I've redesigned slightly to gain an acceptable compromise - for now."

I see from your source that you have your <body> tag too high up, the meta and css stuff need to be in the <head>

However, that's not your problemo. Try doing a search for javascript, Manila and Userland in Google. I think you'll find your answer there. I'm not quite with your problem, but if as I suspect you've got it working with your compromise then don't fix it if it ain't broken.
