Outage: probably network/ISP related

Can't get to any of my three machines, blogfootball, mail server nor GOWM. Thus suspect outage with the network provider, rather than anything else.

[Update 11:32am] Yes it was the ISP's provider, some fault with cabling, apparently, lucky we were only down for an hour or so.
