"I started out pale and applied the mixture daily for about 5 days. Then I dropped down to applying every other day or every 2 days. You only got to do it daily when you first start out. Once you get the desired darkness, then you can drop down to every couple of days. As your dead skin cells naturally flake and shed you are replacing your tan with new layer of diluted ST. Therefore your tan is constantly turning over, refreshing itself. You never really go back to being pale."
